Good...

The graphics were pretty great, as was the style and character design and what-not. It was pretty kick-ass for your first flash. I'm impressed, I just didn't find it that entertaining. And spoofs and references to the Matrix are getting kind of annoying, but that's just my opinion.
Technically, it was fantastic.

It was alright.

I didn't love it, I didn't hate it. I hated the song, but it fit to what you were doing, so it's ok I guess.
You did a good job, but it really didn't appeal to me.

This brought back some awesome memories...

I'm not a fan of pokemon anymore, but I was a poke-nerd at the height of its popularity, and I remember listening to this song over and over when the CD first came out.
This flash was very well done, I must admit. People will bash it for sure because...well...it's pokemon, but if you ignore that, it was pretty cool. What I feel I must comment on is the timing. Menu/Screen changes were always on the beat of the music, and the whole thing really, really fit well with the music, unlike most "music videos" where it's pretty much just a video that relates somewhat to the song, but doesn't seem to fit. You made this fit perfectly, and I congratulate you on that.
You brought some great memories back man.

Well done.

This was a very well put-together piece of work. I'm not a great fans of collabs, but I was actually able to stand watching this (mainly because I love the song). It's not an insult to any of you, because it was generally well done (in particular ButterflySmasher's clips were terrific), but I don't really like collabs.
Aside from my personal tastes, this was great.

Good...

GRAPHICS: 8 - The 3D effects in the beginning were fantastic, but once the heavy music kicked in it was pretty simple and repetitive.
STYLE: 7 - It certainly was...unique. But loud music, flashing backgrounds, and a simple subject (i.e. repetitive butterfly animation, or in most other cases, a dancing JPEG) don't get 10s from me.
SOUND: 7 - It's not my kind of music, but everybody's got their own opinion, so I can't criticize. It was a good choice in music for what you were doing, that's all I can really say.
VIOLENCE: 9 - The whole head-falling-off thing was pretty gross. Kudos for that I suppose.
INTERACTIVITY: 0 - N/A
HUMOUR: 1 - It kinda made me smile when you switched from the bright-sunny mood, and then the words "OF DOOM" kicked in. But it really wasn't that funny.

You were off to a great start but then it got repetitive and loud. Not my cup of tea.

This was pretty good.

The whole thing was a little cliche for my tastes, and I have seen work alot better than this, but I can tell you put some serious effort into this, and I commend you for that.
Again, O Fortuna is a little over-used (though I can't say that I've never used cliche music) but I'm glad you put the latin at the beginning, even though it did go by rather quickly, not giving the viewer enough time to read it (or maybe it was just my computer), I thank you for that because it shows that you actually took the piece of music you were using seriously, and not just because it sounded intense.
The graphics were decent, the eyes and the faces were a little iffy, but the 3D effects were great (the blood spatter was well done and the camera move around the extended arm was brilliantly done).
Yes, there's the whole bullet casing error, but it didn't make much difference unless you're a real stickler for things like that (which I usually am, but in this case it didn't bother me that much).

Just to explain my scoring...

GRAPHICS: 7 - The drawings were not the greatest, but the character movements were well animated. At least they weren't stick figures. That drives me absolutely insane.
STYLE: 5 - Not the most original work I've seen. Gun battles and fight sequences that aren't part of a larger body of work are nothing special now.
SOUND: 7 - Good choice of music. Slightly over-used, but you took this music somewhat more seriously, so you gained back points for that. No sound effects, which was a good choice.
VIOLENCE: 10 - I'm not one of those guys that likes a big gory bloodbath, so the amount of violence and blood in this was a good balance in my opinion.
INTERACTIVITY: 0 - There was none, but you don't lose marks for not having any.
HUMOUR: 0 - I don't think this was supposed to be funny at all, and it wasn't, so that's good.

Well Done.

...

God I hate lock movies.

technically average, but otherwise pretty good

So this story had half-decent graphics, I don't see how that made this a bad flash.
PROS: - Excellent musical choices (I didn't seem to have any problems with it).
- Thoughtful story.
- Nice editing and cinematic integrity.
CONS: - Graphics are poor (but I've seen worse)
For a first flash, this is really good. Better than alot of stuff I've seen on the Portal. You've definitely got potential. Keep at it.

Cyrusis responds:

Thanks, i'll try harder on my next one.

"So... why are you in my bathtub?"
